Back and Neck Pain

Advanced Remedial Massage is a very effective and powerful treatment for back and neck pain.  A full history is taken followed by a detailed structural assessment before deciding on a course of treatment.

The aims of the treatment are threefold:

·         to realign the body's structure,

·         to create space so that the soft tissues can release,

·         to rebalance the body,

and thus eliminate pain.

The techniques used are as described on the "Treatments Explained" page (see sidebar) and are followed by specific rehabilitation excercises.
